There are several hints around the game and portal articles concerning events that usually will roughly indicate when the patch will be dropped.
Its common knowledge the our production cycle is ~4 weeks as well ;)

Yes, Lazo will remain available for allowance tokens until 8.5 release. You will however, not be able to gain allowance tokens after the release of 8.4
Fem,
Heyo Captains,
While we appreciate the enthusiasm, we ask that you do not start informal AMAs. We will see what we can do about an opportunity for players to ask questions to Sub but this is not the right way to go about it.
Regarding your current questions:
1- We consistently monitor balance within the game and performance of ship nations and classes. When we notice there are lines/ships under-performing in comparison to others of same tier/type we do dive into them and determine if there is ground to address the ships in question. We do not share these investigations/plans ahead of time, when we decide to address a ship you will hear about officially in the Dev blog that can be found in a variety of places including here on the forums.
2/3/5- As per standard course, we tend not to like to tease/leak upcoming content, regardless of whether its ships, line, or modes, ahead of its upcoming release. Th...
Read moreHey @Dan_nukacola in terms of "stealth nerfs" these do not happen. There shouldn't be undocumented changes made from an update, however from time to time there is one that slips through. We of course own these and communicate them immediately.
No changes have been made to the Hidenburg recently so rest assured it's performing as it has been.
Heyo Captains,
Allowance tokens will no longer be available after the release of 8.4 but you will have the option to spend them until the release of 8.5.
Fem,
Hey The_Ice_Cream_Man,
The Monaghan has always had two different hull options since release:
A Hull (standard hull) - 4x1 127mm guns and the 6.4km torpedoes like the Farragut.
B Hull (upgraded hull) - 2x1 127mm guns (2 are removed and replaced with more AA). You also get to mount the 2x5 configuration "Benson" torpedoes. These torpedoes have 9.2km range and more damage but go 55 knots.
These 2 hulls have been the options on the Monaghan since release.
Yeah, we are still working to make WoWs on MacOS more stable and comfortable. Thanks for the feedback!
We've seen a variety of skill shown in both co-op and scenarios and we need to find the balance that works for all groups. While you may notice the AI can think a little quicker, the average success rate for co-op is incredibly high. The bots just don't simulate a human or the general skill you'd see in Random. What I'd ask is after we add them on PTS, please try them out and let us know. We'll be able to tell pretty quickly if they are too strong.
Ahoy!
The Support team will be able to assist you with getting this resolved:
https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/help/17361/17367/17368/
You will need to provide a WGCheck report file so they can see what is happening to your game client.
Nice! We look forward to seeing you there!
Have you ever been on the Massachusetts and if not what are you looking forward to the most?
Hey dusty25 and welcome.
We are happy to hear that you are a new player to World of Warships!
Here are some beginning tips:
You have to determine what kind of ships you want to play. This is harder than it looks and can take some time. Don't worry about your stats right off the bat but worry about learning the basics of the game.
Start off playing PVE until you are comfortable enough to try a PVP game. The difference between bots and players is significant and will offer new challenges.
When it comes to what ships you want to aim for, I would suggest trying multiple different lines before you settle on a couple to grind. I would suggest USN BBs and IJN cruisers as a good starting point but by no means do you have to try those.
Make sure you ask questions, there are a lot of experienced players on the forums that will be glad to help you!
We're currently working on re-adding CV bots to co-op in an upcoming update and once those mechanics have been solidified, then the team will discuss changing AI for CVs in scenarios.
Heyo Captains,
Sometimes you will be the big fish, others... maybe not so much.
Learning to play when bottom tier is an important skill and these ships do have the ability to contribute significantly if played correctly.
My biggest tip would be you don't need to be the first ship into the fight when bottom tier, but your support can help a higher tier ship overcome an enemy.
Fem,
Majority of the time going pink is accident in nature. This is a pretty drastic consequence you are suggesting. Please recall, whena player turns pink they will take higher reflected damage when attacking an ally in future and has the further consequence of possibly going orange.
Ahoy,
Round 1 of PT 0.8.4 ended early this morning.
Round 2 of PT 0.8.4 kicks off on 5/16/19.
See you for the second round of Public Test!

I'm going to hazard a guess and say 10, as that is the number we typically release captains with.
