Can you do a check/repair of the client? Sometimes game files are damaged or incomplete during an update.

Also when this happens again, create a WGCheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket.

Yes, our clocks here in the US changed but the server operates off of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) so it doesn't follow our time change.

Are you just having problems with the Gale in Key Battles? Any problems with the other ships in the event?

Can you do a check/repair of the client to see if that improves the performance?

If you're running into any problems with the client, please perform the following:

Perform a check/repair of the client


If problems persist, create a WGcheck report


Submit that report to the Support team so they can take a look and see what is happening

The program has been updated to version 2.0.1.60.

Updated:

The function of detecting the latest directory of the game client.

Changes:

The app now uses the path C:\Users\LocalUser\AppData\Local\Temp for its own temp files.


The paths fields in the Settings menu can only be changed using the Browse button.


The backup function for updated apps files is now independent.
