I bought it a year ago and then one day it was gone, i followed every step on the troubleshooting page for android and it didn't work, then sent an email to the dev contact on google play with a screenshot of it in my past purchases. This got the exact same instructions that didn't work the second time either.

I don't understand if this is a mistake, fireworks started to appear everywhere and some textures were damaged. I tried deleting the cache in the game, but unfortunately the problem still persists, can you help?
