No we haven't. It's for long-term players who cannot afford premium.

So if you reinstall the game, you may need to invest some hours into it before it becomes available again.

Which version of the game are you on? Is this on iOS? If you check the console ( go to settings and tap the dragon 11 times ) - do you see any errors there?
