I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading the German language pack. If you have not already, I would recommend that you try all of these console troubleshooting steps to see if this helps to resolve the issue. Additionally, please ensure that you have enough space in your memory to install the language pack, as not having enough system memory could prevent the download.
