It certainly isn't ideal to have the body you need to confirm the kill on glitching beneath the floor, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. By any chance did you happen to capture a short video clip showing this behaviour in action, or a screenshot showing that the body was inaccessible to you? Where was this particular avenge quest located as well if you can remember?
Has this issue ever happened to you before, or again since this instance as well? Thank you for any additional information that you can provide!
