I've double-checked, and we had no reports of widespread connectivity issues at the time of your post, so I'm confident we can solve this with some local troubleshooting. Even though it can seem like you are fully connected to your network, some types of access need more connectivity than others, so it's worth running through the steps in our connectivity guide.

In particular from the guide, in this case, please make sure you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection, and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs. Please also reach out to your ISP to ask for their help in making sure UPnP is enabled on your router.
