[2022] Brewing Storm Quest

As of today 6 February 2022, i'm unable to proceed in the quest brewing storm. I think a cutscene is supposed to trigger with Dag, which is not happening. You just find Dag roaming around and if you kill him he just get up again. Stuck in this loop.
I thought this was handled in the last update.
