[2021] Missing Discovery Tour Rewards

I have just completed the Discovery Tour and unlocked the 7 rewards.
When I reload the game (several times) none of the rewards are available.
I also claimed the free Tatoo, this has also not appeared in my inventory.
I have raised a ticket, but of course Ubi Support?? require a video!
Am I missing something??

I'm glad to hear it's resolved for you from such a simple fix. I'll share this with the team so hopefully it can be suggested quicker to anyone else that comes across it too.
