I am originally from Mexico and I bought the box with the DLC code inside, when I wanted to redeem it it told me that it was not possible for my region so I made a new account with residence in Spain, when inserting the code there were no problems and the DLC started to downloaded, I finished and turned off the console, today when I entered the account in Spain and when I saw the notifications it said that "it was preparing to install itself" when I hit Start I couldn't find the content on the PS4 or in the store, I went out to play fut and when I returned it was no longer in the notifications or anything, when I wanted to re-enter the code it said that it had already been used, I did this to see if it could be downloaded in the same account.

What can I do now?

I understand you've found the DLC content to be missing from your PS4, and then have been unable to reinstall it. In this instance, it would be best to reach out to our support teams directly, as they will be able to have a closer look at your accounts, and the code itself, to investigate the issue. These are things we can't do publicly here on the forum, for data security reasons, but our other teams will be happy to help.

Please reach out at any of the links below. It'd be best to include your Ubisoft Connect username, any PSN usernames, and the DLC code in your message to us, so the agent answering can find your accounts.
