Hey @L3FT_FACE_D0WN, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with Twist and Turns quest.
First and foremost, may I double-check what is the platform you play on? As for the workarounds, do you possibly have access to previous save and did you try re-doing the quest? Additionally, did you try fast travelling to another location and then returning to see if problem persists?
