https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...ED-HELP-ADMINS!!!

Now after 8 days my money have come back, was really happy about it, but because my passion is so big for AC games, i tried to preorder the game again, but my eyes got bigger and with tears in my eyes as payment shows again FAILD, and money from back taken again. For me AC games was someting that was making me a better person of my self and was alway looking foward for the next story, but during this Issue period i lost weight, i i go veery late hours to sleep because the issue is on my mind, i stopped beeing social because i am thinking al the time about my missfortune, i barely am able to focus on my work in tis times.

Really guys, we are running like headless chickens here with my money...First you take twice £91.99 then refundet back and now you take again the same amount with no game, i do not know if i am ble to sleep tonight as wel, thank you for ruining my passion.

Is it that hard to take my money and give me the game, i will atept to sue if i will not get the game by it`s relase, i apolagise but it`s geting out of control, even in my case that is open nobady even replys to it and if replays is a diferent person asking the same stuff. I sorry but i was unable to keep it in me any more.

Kind regards,

Hey nightwings_1989,

I am sorry to hear of your troubles with preordering Assassin's Creed Valhalla. It's wonderful to hear of your passion for and interest in the series, and I hope that you'll be able to play it soon!

I can see from your support case that we cancelled the authorisation holds we could find on your funds, and advised you regarding the billing details you had entered, in order to try and help you to make a successful order. I can't assist you here on the forums, however, if you've continued to experience issues, I'd really encourage you to update your case with the latest details so we can try to help further.

You are of course welcome to seek legal assistance if you feel you need it, but we can offer no assistance with that process. You'll need to contact your legal representative and have them reach out to Ubisoft formally.

pretorian321, your comment is unhelpful and unkind - please do not reply in kind in the future. Offer constructive help and advice if you can.
