[2022] bought Imperial Tree from Reda but . . .

I went to Reda and bought the daily, the Imperial Tree. He said something about brightening up the view from the tent. The item remained as it was, though, not ticked. There was also nothing at the decoration spot. I do not know if the opal tally went down. I tried going to Connect from the game, that sometimes sorts things out but not this time.

I decided to buy it again. First time I got an error message, couldn't connect. Very shortly after I did and the tree was still available to buy. So I bought it. Again, no idea if the opal went down. It now appears in the decoration spot.

At no point did I see the thing on the right side of the screen telling me I had received it. I can't remember if that happens with Reda, though, but it did for the seven Charlemagne things via Amazon.

It is still available to purchase from Reda, though. Is this the same as known issues or is it a new one?
