[2022] bugy quests - talk to randvi - but not really bugy (alliance map)

So I have 3 quests Talk to Randvi yet there is nothing to talk about.
Again, extermely stupid. I wonder who came up with ideas like this. Quests description needs to be retexted to make more sense.

Also, I learned only now, after more than 60 hours, that alliance map is bigger and there are more papers below.
Sure my fault for not noticing, but not my fault for not showing it, telling etc.
I would not expect to scroll down the map if i can see the end of map.

I swear to Odin, you are making more stupider designs with each game. Malaka.
