Good afternoon. There is no hybrid mode in the settings. The game does not see the ps4 gamepad (original) at the same time in the game itself in ubisoft connect the gamepad works

Hey @lampson777 , thanks for reaching out here on the forums! I understand you've had trouble getting Valhalla to notice your Dual Shock 4, and I appreciate you letting me know - I'll be happy to help.

Please note that the Dual Shock 4 is only compatible natively with Valhalla when connected in wired mode, as noted on our supported peripherals list. That said, if you already have it connected via a wire, and it still doesn't work, please see our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game (particularly rebinding programs).

Please also test disconnecting any other peripherals you have connected, such as flight sticks or VR controllers, temporarily for testing purposes. Does that allow the game to recognise the gamepad?

Let me know if any of the above steps solves this for you. If not, I'll have some other ideas to try.
