After launching the game and following the 2 initial splash screens for Ubisoft and autosave notice, the game crashes to desktop without any pop-up, crash report or notification. I have verified files, re-installed on 2 separate occasions to separate SSDs, updated all drivers, nothing works.

The game has been running fine since launch until the crashes happened about a month ago and has never worked since. Other AC games work.

I am running with AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core processor and NVidia RTX 3070 8GB.

For some reason a service ticket is unavailable?

*i already restarted the computer (did not work)
*deleted all folders and re-installed the game (did not work)
*finally i deleted all the mods, altought i wasn't using them in the first place and was dissabled anyway (did not work

So currently i dont know what to do anymore pls help if there is anyone out there...

I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is crashing on launch.

Can you please go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.

If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

@lollylion Hey there! I am sorry for the trouble you have been running into when trying to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I noticed that you mentioned reinstalling the game on two separate SSDs. To confirm, did you try reinstalling the launchers on the same drive? Launching the game on a different drive from the launcher could be a source of one of the issues causing this behavior. Secondly, I recommend reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect launcher to ensure you have the latest version installed, as this could affect newer titles. Suppose you have any background applications also open when playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla. In that case, I will disable any additional programs available that could be fighting for the same resources on your PC.
