I'm sorry to hear that Valhalla is crashing as soon as you try to start a new game. Let's get this sorted so that you can go enjoy living your Viking life. 
Please go through our troubleshooting guide here to help with the crashing, and be sure to verify your game files as well! These steps should help resolve this issue, but if you continue to have trouble with the game crashing, I'd suggest you go ahead and uninstall/reinstall the game. Something to note, if the game is installed on a different drive than the game client you're using, this could also be causing an issue so I'd also advise you to reinstall making sure the game and client are on the same drive (preferably your OS/C drive).
