[2022] Pledge allegiance/a river to raid, can't progress(Bug!)

Sorry to hear you're having issues pledging regions and unlocking the River Raids mode (with "A River to Raid").

It's not quite clear what exactly you're experiencing, though.

1. When you pledge a region, normally this begins a quest chain, that leads you to that region and concludes with an alliance being formed. Aren't you receiving the quests for that? Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the quest log and the alliance map, so we can see what exactly you're seeing?
2. Regarding River Raids, the requirements can be found here. If you have fulfilled all requirements, would you please also provide a screenshot showing that you have? We'll be able to take a closer look from there.

Thanks for the screenshots!

They confirm that you haven't fulfilled the requirements yet, however. You'll need to complete the region (not just the pledge part) and also make sure you've built your Barracks and recruited your own Jomsviking. Only then does Vagn come to your settlement.

Yes, only needs 1 region to be fully completed, and then you're good to go River Raiding.

It'll also pop up a quest automatically, so not much guesswork will be needed.
