Hi @milmitt I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to unlock the Edward Kenyway outfit from the Ubisoft Connect rewards.
Can you please try unlocking the reward in-game or via the Ubisoft Connect website.

Something else you can try would be clearing the Ubisoft Connect cache, and then redeeming the reward in-game. Running Connect as an administrator may help too.
You should also try redeeming it from the website again after following our browser troubleshooting if that didn't help either.
