I am sorry to hear you have not received the Lunar Pack yet. As of now, I don't see reports from other players regarding this issue.
Could you please try and reset your network hardware for me? If it does not help, please check if the country of your PSN account matches the country of your Ubisoft account and perform basic troubleshooting steps described in this article.
Should the issue still persist, please let us know.
