Hey, folks!
We've received reports of players where their Berserker gear has lost of all it's upgrades and equipped runes.
If this occurs you should receive all the resources that you used to upgrade the armour and the equipped runes back into your inventory. However, we have received some reports from players that they have not received the resources and runes back into their inventory.
The development team are still investigating this issue.
If you have encountered this issue and you have not received the resources or runes back into your inventory then please do the following:
1) Make a note of the resources you currently have available.
2) Upgrade the Berserker gear. There's no need to upgrade it to the max level, it's just for testing.
3) Disconnect your console from the Internet, which should trigger the downgrade.
4) Go back in the game, check if the gear was downgraded, and check the amount of resources you have now. They should match the amount you annotated originally.
If that's not the case, please send us a video showing the whole process and and answer the following questions and we'll investigate further:
- Do you own the physical or digital version of the game?
- Which edition of the game do you own (Standard / Gold / Ultimate)?
- How did you acquire the Berserker Gear (by owning the season pass or purchased in-game)?
Our teams would also like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to continue looking into the issue.
Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for the investigation.
