[2023] Valhalla Xbox series x

I can’t pickup the deed for the trade post in sweetening the pot. The marker is there to say where it is but when you open the cage I can’t pickup the deed. It’s the deed for ardmel. I have saved and restarted, gone to a previous save and tried again but I still can’t pick the deed up. Any help please?
