I understand you own the physical edition of the game but experiencing some issues with the game installation or can not install the game update ? Could you please provide more details and screenshot of the error you are receiving?
To check which content is available to install:
1. Press the Xbox button on your controller.
2. Select My games & apps from the sidebar.
3. Choose Full library, then All owned games.
4. Select the game you would like to install the content for.
5. Choose Install all to download all available game files and add-ons.
Alternatively, to download individual pieces of content, select Choose what to install, then Ready to install.
If the installation fails, please send us the image or the video demonstrating what happens during the installation process, so we can provide you the proper troubleshooting steps.
