My game on Xbox one crashes every time I try to do anything involving with the festival. I’ve tried everything that support told me to do resetting my catche many times nothing seems to work. Very frustrating not being able to participate in anything and I’ve tried almost every day since this it started. Please help

I understand the festival crashing is really frustrating and I'm sorry you're both running into it. This is something that our teams are currently investigating and we do have the mega-thread here that we're using to track the issue.
