[2021] [Bug/Glitch]'Reporting on Grantebridgescire' bugged

Hey,
I am having an issue with the story mode, particularly with progressing in the story.

During my playthrough I chose the Soma arc first. I played through all the main missions in this arc, however, I never received the 'Reporting on Grandebridgescire' quest. When this happened I pledged to the Kingmaker saga as I didn't know such a quest existed, it was when I finished the Kingmaker story line that I realised that you need to report back to Randvi to officially 'clear' the region. As a result, I am still able to pledge to Grandebridgescire even though I finished the arc.
The 'Reporting on Grandebridgescire' isn't in my quest log and I have no option to re-do the Soma arc.

To summarise,
- Did the Soma Arc and the 'Island of Eels' quest but didnt do 'Reporting on Grandebridgescire' quest as I didn't receive it
- Pledged to the Ledecestrescire soon after and finished said story line.
- Re-pledged to the Grandesbridgescire area as it was still uncompleted
- No story quests show up.
