I've played AC Valhalla more than 150h on Stadia, and now I need to move to PS5, anticipating the close shutting down of Stadia platform.

So I bought the Complete Edition on Ps5 and I was expecting that my saves appears after the login, but nothing happened.

My saves on Stadia appears as already uploaded on cloud, but I can't see them on Ps5.

What can I do?

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, cancel some old saves on Stadia, etc. but no changes...

I'm a little in despair...

Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with your cross-platform progression on Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

I can confirm, that the game has full support for cross-platform progression between all supported platforms. The first step (that appears completed, after looking at your account), is to make sure your Stadia and PSN accounts are linked to the same Ubisoft account.

From the information you provided on your ticket, it appears as though the PS5 version of the game, isn't communicating with the servers to collect the save files. To make sure that your configuration is in order, I'd recommend trying the PS5 connectivity troubleshooting provided in the following Support-Article. If the issue persists after this troubleshooting, please let my colleagues on the ticket know that you've already completed these steps and they should be able to help you more to find a solution.

Regarding the missing purchases, we can't discuss them on the forums, as they contain personal information, and we handle this type of issues in private channels.

My suggestion is to update your Support Ticket with this, and my colleagues will do their best to assist you!
