I submitted case on September 27 2022 and its been almost 2 weeks with no response. Anyway to get support through chat (chat in contact us is unavailable) or phone

My issue: Whenever I try to redeem Assassin creed code (came with collectors edition) it says "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid.The expiration of the code is Nov/17/22
