When starting Valahalla the game comes up way too big, can't move around, frozen, can't get to the places to click to load or anything. I have to get into my computer display settings. So now, before I start Valahalla I have to change my display settings to maximum. When I quit, I have to change my display settings to how I use them.
This has been going on for quite some time.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the display. Can you provide some screenshots or record a video and upload it to YouTube (or similar) showing what you see when you launch the game without changing anything first, and the settings that you have to change?
@usafirefly7 We've just posted a banner about this happening today here. It seems to be a Ubisoft Connect issue as it's happening for other games too. It's being treated as a high priority at the moment, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. I believe it will only need to download a patch again, not the full the game, as long as you haven't uninstalled it of course.
Let us know if you still have the issue with Charles the Far and the display issue when you can get back on and if you can record clips of the issues we can get them reported.
