[2023] Memory Fragment in "Fare Thee Well, My Ravens" Disappears

I am trying to finish the Last Chapter DLC for Assassins Creed Valhalla. I got to the last quest of the DLC I think, Fare Thee Well My Ravens, and once I get close to the memory fragment, the fragment disappears and I am unable to interact with it, the quest disappears too. For the quest to reappear I have to stand at a certain point on the building that the memory fragment is on and when I try to move towards the fragment it disappears again. Has anyone experienced this issue?
