[2022] cryptic tutelage of hildiran mastery challenges not opening new trials

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find a specific answer. I'm trying to progress this challenge, but I can only get 6/6 medals, need 9/9 - I don't have access to any other trials to get the other three medals... How do you progress to open the other locations? I have at least silver in all of the ones I have access to, and have tried running them to only get the bronze, but that didn't work either... Has anyone had the same problem?
