Please note that not every member of the Player Support team has access to Assassin's Creed Valhalla, @SpirantCrayon22, and therefore we aren't always able to check out reports personally. Additionally, not every issue can be easily reproduce. This is why we request additional images and videos from players as part of the investigation process, so we can pass these along to the dedicated teams for further investigation.
In this case, I was able to check out my own game and noticed that the Skidbladnir was also available as a ship cosmetic scheme. It looks like this is the same scheme that's used when you raid in Svartalfheim, but it is odd that there's no notification about this. I wouldn't have personally noticed until the next time I went to change my ship cosmetics (and considering I've had my current scheme for several months now, who knows when that would be! 
).
It's possible that this is just a little freebie for those who own the "Dawn of Ragnarok" content. Still, I've reached out to the dedicated teams to ask if players should have received a notification for this cosmetic scheme, as it seems strange for it to be silently added. I also captured a video from my own game, so don't worry about sending additional images in this case.
To my knowledge, you should be able to find a ship yard at spoiler. If you encounter trouble changing your schemes in Svartalfheim, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll gladly take a closer look.
