So I've just finished Wrath of Druids and Siege of Paris and I have the skill tree fully complete, have triple checked and done a skills reset etc. I have 5 skill points I cannot use. I am receiving mastery points as well.

Thank you @thedoors27 for reporting this and bringing it to our attention.
The development team are currently aware of an issue, where players will receive more points than necessary to fill out the skill tree. The investigation is ongoing, and we'll post more information on this once it becomes available here.
