@Crazybasil could you please confirm if you have installed the latest update and if you are still experiencing issues accessing the in-game store and the Twilight Pack?

Hi @gans42 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to claim the Bifrost Bundle.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video can you show the following:

  • That you have the latest update (1.5.3) installed. You can view this from the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • That the Bifrost Bundle is not appearing in the Animus Store


I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

With regards to the issue you are experiencing with the Twilight Pack I have created a support case for you so our Customer Support team can look into this further for you.

Sorry you're still having trouble with this @Crazybasil.

I'd like to have you log out of your Ubisoft Account, perform these quick troubleshooting steps, and log back in to see if you're able to access your case and update it as it does look like a verification email was sent out. (Even if it's closed, you can update it to reopen the case.)
