I have bought AC II in the recent winter. now i wish to play in this winter day while i can't go out( due to covid) and as soon as i click on AC II a ubisoft message pops up. announcing that " there was a problem authenticicating the ownership of this product, please contract customer support if you neeed help solving this problem"

and so i do. 
can i log please into this game that i bought with my money guys?
