I tried to get Rainbow Six, but I keep getting this message when i try to claim it from game pass on my PC. "It seems you have claimed the game the maximum allowed number of times on the Xbox account you are currently logged into. Please read the help articles or contact Ubisoft Customer support." Is there any way around this without help from support, I have sent many emails, but have not received any help at all.

Sorry to hear you are seeing this error message when trying to claim your game from Game Pass. By any chance, did you have your Xbox account linked to a different Ubisoft account in the past where you had claimed the game previously, or has your Game Pass subscription ever expired before you were able to renew it?

You can try claiming the game to your account using THIS LINK: (https://gamepass.ubisoft.com/en-us), but if you continue to see the same error, you'll need to wait for a response on your support case as our agents will be able to assist you further. I apologize that it is taking longer than expected to hear a reply from them. We have a large backlog of cases that our teams are currently working through, but I assure you they will get back to you as soon as possible to assist!
