I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble with your .ini file whilst trying to troubleshoot the white screen crash issue. In future, we'd recommend that you avoid deleting any of the files within the Assassin's Creed Valhalla documents folder, as we are unable to guarantee this won't cause additional trouble in future.
You should be able to "restore" your .ini file by relaunching Assassin's Creed from the Ubisoft Connect launcher. Please ensure that you are running Ubisoft Connect with admin rights, otherwise the .ini file won't be generated.
