I opened a report for the problem that items in the helix shop and ubisoft rewards disappear for me and was told to keep an eye on the forum for a resolution I just have to wait or whatever else I can do the case I refer to is [redacted]

If you've already made the purchase, and it isn't appearing in your inventory (but the Helix is missing following the purchase), give it a little time to see if it synchronizes, and also restart your game. If it still doesn't appear, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team via our Help-Website, so we can help you more directly with your purchase.
