I played a little bit of the free weekend, then I bought the game, but now it asks for an activation key, I already sent a message to support, but I have no answers, can you help me?

Apologies for the delay, we've been quite busy as of late and we're working diligently to respond to everyone!

If you're encountering this message, this could be caused by one of the following.

1) If you purchased the game on another account, you'll need to log into the account it was purchased on in order to access the game.
2) If you haven't reinstalled after purchasing, you may still be launching the free weekend version instead of the full version. Try reinstalling and see if that helps!

If the issue persists, can you let us know where did you purchase the game? Did you purchase directly from the Ubisoft store or from Epic or Steam?
