I've been trying all morning to launch this game and it still just takes me to Ubisoft Connect and says the game is "coming soon".
As far as I can see from your accounts, the game is activated correctly and the versions you have are accessible / playable, so I'm puzzled as to why you're both unable to play!
Can you please try the following in sequence, only trying the next step if the previous fails:
- Check that you are signed into the correct account in Ubisoft Connect, and if not, sign into the correct account
- Restart Ubisoft Connect
- Restart your PC
- Refresh your internet connection by restarting your router / modem
