Hello,
Searched forums but was unable to find exactly what I'm looking for...

The Ubisoft Connect Challenges aren't tracking properly. Looks like a known issue, but I also noticed a "refresh" icon next to my PS4 icon.

Is there a 24-48 hour delay in it updating?
What does the logo mean?
Anything I can do to push an update through quicker?

Could you please also provide us with the evidence (ideally a video) that Ubisoft Connect Challenges aren't tracking properly. if you believe that statistics for the game in Ubisoft Connect are not accurate, could you please specify when did you start experiencing the issue and also please try closing and reopening the Ubisoft Connect overlay? We don't have delays in updating, I can see @bielik01 already answered one of your questions about logo, so please let us know if you have any additional questions!

@foereverloved thank you for contacting Ubisoft support. I am sorry to hear you can not connect your Ubisoft account on PSN. Could you please provide us the screenshot of the error?
