whenever i try to claim the vinland crow/altair outfit (which i have but it say i can get it in ubisoft connect) i get this messege: "ubisoft connect rewards are unavailable at the moment". i tried to install the app again but it didn't help. has anyone else encountered that?

I've taken a look and I can't find any reports of degradation or outage for Ubisoft Connect right now. If we are notified of any degradation or outage, this information will be shared in our Ubisoft General forums. If you haven't already, I would recommend trying these basic connectivity steps for Ubisoft Connect to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition.

If you're still having trouble opening up the Xbox Ubisoft Connect overlay after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us so we can investigate further.

Thanks for letting us know that you've tried redeeming the rewards via the Ubisoft Connect website and overlay, @liad120. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble unlocking the items.

Please note that we're unable to manually unlock rewards for players. I apologise for any disappointment caused. I've taken a look at your account and it looks like you should already have access to the Altair outfit in-game. Did you receive this previously via the Godly Reward? If so, you won't be able to redeem it again via Ubisoft Connect.

Have you been able to try the connectivity troubleshooting steps provided in my earlier message to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition?
