I have all the location sincronized on map , but when i am trying to fast travel all the locations have the message ,, teleport unavailable .

Are you in a battle when you try to fast travel?
Additionally are you able to manually save the game or is this option also not available?

I appreciate you taking the time to let us know that you are not in battle and that you are able to manually save your game. It definitely sounds strange and I do not believe this is something that has been reported in the past. Could you please provide a short video showing this in action and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. Your current game version can be located in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu. The current update should state 1.5.0.1
