[2022] Reda's shop unavailable?

I'm getting repeated messages about Reda's shop being unavailable. Everything else seems okay, as do other Xbox things. I did restart the Xbox (fully). Is this a hangover from maintenance?

Not that it's a problem, Reda's store is absolutely awful. Well, unless the outage is because a new manager has taken over and is implementing something reasonable.
