I'm playing assassin's creed valhalla, but I can't hear the voices. Also most of the background sounds are also not heard so it gives an empty feeling.

Are you currently using a headset whilst playing the game or a speaker setup?
Are you able to try the opposite to see if the issue remains, or are you able to at least try another headset or earphones (even just earbuds) if you have any, to try and identify what may be causing this for you.
