Usually Ubisoft is very communicative about patches and even has a roadmap for them.
This time around I couldn't find anything specific. Does someone know when the new patch comes out?
There are still a lot of outstanding bugs and new ones that got introduced with Ragnarök.
The last update was 22th of February and they didn't push one out in March for some reason.

Speaking about the month of March, there was a patch 1.5.0.1 to address Expansion issues. You can find more information in this article.
