[2022] one of the epic services is not available

Whenever I start far cry 6 / immortals / assassi, s creed odyseey / valhalla always asks me to reset my password (already done 7 times) and during login "one of the epic services is not available". If I log in to ubisoft via browser or app there are no problems, it only happens when I switch on and start a game

I have already reset the password 7 times
I have cleared the cache several times already (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Ubisoft \ Ubisoft Game Launcher \ cache)
I have already uninstalled ubisoft connect and reinstalled 3 times
I have already uninstalled epic games and reinstalled
I have already uninstalled far cry 6 and reinstalled 2 times
I have already checked that the country (Italy) is the same on both epic and ubisof
I have already set both ubisoft, epic and far cry 6 as administrator privileges (ownership / compatibility / run as administrator)
I have already restarted the pc
I have already tried to access ubisoft connect first and then epic
I have already verified that ubisoft connect remembers the login on next boot
