Please reach out to us using one of the methods below for this query, and provide us with screenshots showing that you had earned the rewards / were eligible and correctly redeemed the code provided to you by Azarus if possible:

We will need to check your account and eligibility and go from there, and that should be done in private. You can check your Azarus account here in the meantime to see if you claimed the rewards correctly.
