[2021] Limited Edition Content missing

I held off on buying this game because of the bad bugs I suffered through in Watch Dogs Legion. I got the Limited Edition physical version for the PS4 recently and lo and behold, none of the limited edition content has popped after finishing the Family Matters quest. I've confirmed the installation of the items in the PS4 library but it still doesn't unlock. IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE LAUNCH. WHY IS THIS STILL BROKEN?

Really sorry to hear you've not been able to access additional content for AC Valhalla.

In order for us to resolve this, would you be able to provide the following information please:

  • Which Limited Edition version of the game was purchased? Gold, Deluxe or Ultimate edition?
  • Which content you are missing? For example the The Legend of Beowulf or Berserker Settlement Pack etc.
  • Your PSN username
  • Your country + region of the game disc
