When running a raid, particularly in the river raids maps when you try to unlock one of the red doors from the back it plays the animation for unlocking (the bars on the door slide to the side) but the door remains closed and there is no prompt to open it, you still need to go around to the front and shoulder bash it open with one of your allies.
