Hi all,

Trying to buy Assasin's Creed Valhalla Ultimate edition, I redeemed a promo code: "-20% for 100 units".
I got the code, added the code in the cart page, saw the reduced promotional price and proceeded with the purchase.

When purchasing, I had an issue with my Paypal (not sure exactly what was the issue).
So the purchase was not completed.

Now, I want to retry and see what was the Paypal issue or maybe attempt a new payment method.
When I try to use the promo code again, I get a message saying "COUPON CODE "***" CAN CURRENTLY NOT BE ADDED TO YOUR CART."
I see that the 100 units got deducted but I can't use the promo code at the moment.

I tried to contact customer support but there's no 'Submit ticket' option nor a live chat option available.

So I'm not sure how I can proceed to attempt the purchase again (using the promo code, of course).

Any ideas are welcome!

We'll need you to provide a screenshot of the code you redeemed (if you have one) and also one of the error message you're receiving. If we can verify that no successful order has been placed, and that the code cannot be used, we should be able to refund you the 100 Units no problem.
